LOS ANGELES — Freddie Freeman had a home run and a double among his four hits on his 34th birthday, and the Los Angeles Dodgers routed the San Diego Padres 11-2 on Tuesday.

He singled and scored in the first inning and added a two-run homer in the third. In the fourth, he singled once more and scored once more.

And in the eighth, he hit his 55th double, a franchise record, to add four hits in a single game for the sixth time this season.
