Frédéric Janssens Appeals Automatic Resignation Proposal: Latest Updates and Analysis

Frédéric Janssens, the current clerk of the Parliament of Wallonia, has filed an appeal once morest the proposal for automatic resignation made by the Bureau of the regional assembly on October 27, Le Soir announced on Monday.

He had fifteen days to contest the disciplinary sanction imposed on him. The board of appeal, provided for in the staff regulations, now has two months to issue a non-binding opinion, following having heard Frédéric Janssens.
