Conditions and qualifications for HPV vaccination
1. Providing vaccine services for Thai children. Male and female age 9-15 years old (born between September 17, 2008 to September 9, 2014)
2. If you have never received any HPV vaccine before, you will receive 2 doses of the vaccine (the second dose will be scheduled 6 months after the date of the first dose).
3. If they have previously received 1 dose of HPV 4-strain vaccine, they will receive 1 more dose of the vaccine, at least 6 months apart from the first dose.
4. If previously received the 2-strain HPV vaccine will receive 2 doses of HPV type 4 vaccine
5.Provide services according to the date and time registered in advance only, do not walk in.
