For the occasion, the nursing home will open its doors on Wednesday October 18 from 1:30 p.m. and will offer several free activities upon reservation:
– from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.: awareness workshop led by the League Against Cancer 64;
– from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m.: laughter yoga session, accessible to all: the sessions alternate laughter exercises and breathing from yoga to encourage letting go;
– from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m.: biokinesis session, 100% physiological method: this plays on breathing before and during exercises, postures, movements having direct actions on the organs and the body’s elimination work.

Sessions are open to children and adults. Bring a mat, a bottle of water and a small blanket for the biokinesis and laughter yoga sessions.
Also on the program: photo session on the theme of Pink October and collection of donations for the League against Cancer: sale of ribbons, bracelets, mugs, pins and pancakes.
