This Thursday, the State Secretariat for the Economy (Seco) published the report of the Observatory on the free movement of persons (LCP). “Switzerland has benefited greatly from the LCP. Despite this policy of openness, we are suffering from a shortage of manpower,” said Secretary of State Marie-Gabrielle Ineichen-Fleisch.
