A delivery that goes very badly
Upon receipt of his package, Tom Sibold does not suspect that the cold shower that awaits him : the package was a little damaged, but he accepts it anyway. Upon unpacking, the observation is clear: the computer is completely destroyed. “Thanks to the delivery man who made his niche on the box”says the internet user.
Delivered by Chronopost, the gaming PC is absolutely unusable. And Tom Sibold confirms with a tweet, a few days later, that he had no idea what awaited him before unpacking the package.

Fortunately for Tom, all is well that ends well for him: after a few days, and after the buzz generated by his business, LDLC finally announced to him that a new computer was going to be sent to him. The Internet user thanks both the merchant and the people who made his story spin on Twitter.
LDLC, for its part, took advantage of this case to a thread highlighting the good reflexes to have when receiving a package, moreover if it bears traces of shock or repair. The merchant recommends in particular taking the time to study the package: “Check the corners, if it’s not open, depressed, wet, if the weight felt is what you expect, etc. »details one of the tweets. In case of doubt, it is advisable to make specific reservations on the delivery note, and if the package is very damaged or has been repackaged by the delivery service, it must be refused.
