The civil aviation authority alone said delays and disruptions might occur at airports, although it still ensures minimal services. They have asked airlines to reduce flights out of Orly airport by 20% in Paris, France.
France has faced a nationwide strike since the Government presented plans last month to raise the pension age to 64 years (an extra 2 years) with unions representing workers, teachers, civil servants and others in the energy industry.
More than 1.2 million people joined the strike on Tuesday (January 31), a slight increase from the first nationwide demonstration on January 19.
