Friendship Blossoms as Carey Price and Jeff Petry's Families Start Women's NHL Jersey Company

When Carey Price and Jeff Petry were playing in Montreal, the two guys became good friends. The two families grew closer and Julie Petry and Angela Price became good friends.

They even started a women’s NHL jersey company together.

Obviously, for a year, they see each other less. After all, the Petrys spent the year in Pennsylvania and the Prices were still in Montreal, even though Carey was no longer playing.

But with yesterday’s transaction, which sent Jeff Petry to the Red Wings after ten days with the Canadiens, the two families are going to live where they used to spend their off seasons: Michigan (Petry ) and British Columbia (Price).

Angela Price is therefore well placed to know what her friend is going through at the moment. Seeing Kent Hughes do the Petrys a favor obviously made Angela happy.

On Instagram, she posted a story to mention how happy she was to see this happen. “Is this the coolest story? wrote Angela of the news.

Jeff’s wife, who has a habit of posting a lot on social media (and who is the basis of her husband’s transaction request), had not yet commented on the family’s departure from Pittsburgh.

She hasn’t done it yet, though. However, she commented, in her storysthe fact of seeing her husband being traded in his city and taking the number his father made famous in Detroit, 46.

Along with sharing the news, she talked about how Jeff was going to take his dad’s number and she shared a video of Dan Petry in which he is seen talking about how proud he is to see him play in Detroit.

The father, who had known for a few days that it was going to happen, has every reason in the world to be happy, indeed. And to see how it makes the CH speak well for the human aspect, we understand that the return obtained by Kent Hughes goes beyond the framework of the transaction as such.
