Epidemic situation in Guangxi
From 0 to 24:00 on May 10, Guangxi added 3 new cases of local asymptomatic infections (all in Fangchenggang City). On the same day, 5 cases of local asymptomatic infections were released from medical observation (all in Fangchenggang City). As of 24:00 on May 10, there were 61 local asymptomatic infections in the region (53 in Fangchenggang and 8 in Baise).
On the same day, 3 newly imported confirmed cases (all in Chongzuo City) and 21 asymptomatic infections (all in Chongzuo City). 16 cases of asymptomatic infections imported from abroad were released from isolation and medical observation (14 cases in Chongzuo City and 2 cases in Qinzhou City). There are currently 15 imported confirmed cases (11 in Chongzuo City and 4 in Baise City), and 91 imported asymptomatic infections (89 in Chongzuo City, 1 in Fangchenggang City, and 1 in Baise City).
On the same day, 111 new close contacts were added, 325 close contacts were released from medical observation, and there are 773 close contacts.
A total of 1,600 confirmed cases have been reported in the region, 1,583 have been cured and discharged, and 2 have died. There are currently 15 confirmed cases under treatment.
