Fugini launches portal with details of its production process

With the aim of promoting transparency and proximity to its customers and consumers, Fugini, a family company in the tomato sauce segment, announces the launch of its portal, “Por Dentro da Fugini”. An initiative that aims to show how processes occur within the company and also leave the doors open for anyone who wants to know more about its production stages.

On the portal, the idea is for visitors to find details of how Fugini seeks to ensure the smooth running of its production, from the first contact with the producer, to the consumers’ table. The action aims to complement Fugini’s proximity to the public. A new SAC (Consumer Service) platform will also be offered and will have a specific team for customer service across all communication channels.

“Fugini’s DNA has always been to maintain an open dialogue with clients and consumers. This is precisely why we created the ‘Por Dentro da Fugini’ portal: we will bring together those who are curious to know more about our processes and provide total transparency about everything that is produced in our factories”, says Giulia Ninelli, Commercial, Trade and Marketing Director from Fugini. “This was a channel created with the purpose of keeping everyone well informed about the products that reach the table and the partner establishments”, she highlights.

In view of a healthy eating proposal, the Fugini line of tomatoes and vegetables are free from preservatives, sugar, sodium and fat in the factories located in Monte Alto (SP) and Cristalina (GO), both with automated production lines and following controlled quality of the company, whether in sachet or can products. A video will soon be made available on the website showing the manufacturing process and the care taken at each stage of production.

Its operations in the food segment have already earned the company recognition such as the Du Pont Awards – Vegetables 2kg, Tito Muffato Award – Conserves, ABRE Award – Biquinhoa, APAS Show Award, Super Varejo – Brand n°1 for the Consumer, Modern Supermarket – Brand n°1 for Trade, SA Retail – Brand n°1 in Tomato Sauce, SA Retail – and Brand n°2 in the Vegetables category.

The information that can be seen on the portal is related to the commercial, quality control, factory and logistics areas. “By adopting practices such as launching the ‘Por Dentro da Fugini’ portal, we want to show the company’s seriousness”, comments Giulia Ninelli from Fugini.

Fugini serves customers from North to South of Brazil. There are almost 265 thousand tons of products being shipped per year, using more than 15 thousand different vehicles for this operation. Its distribution center in Maceió also has a structure of 10 thousand m2.
