Vienna – The GAK seems to have digested the narrowly missed promotion to the Bundesliga well. The Graz team started the new second division season on Friday with a 3-0 home win over Amstetten and are thus aequo with Lafnitz (3-0 once morest Kapfenberg) as the first table leader. There were also successes at home for promoted teams Bregenz (2-0 once morest Vienna) and DSV Leoben (3-2 once morest Horn), while the third new second division team, Stripfing, lost 1-0 at Admira – as did Liefering once morest Dornbirn.
