Garnacho deletes a photo and publishes it, and the reason is a “cigarette.”

Alejandro Garnacho has deleted and reposted a slightly modified photo on Instagram, following Manchester United fans discovered an electronic cigarette on his sofa.
The 18-year-old shared a picture of himself watching the 3-1 win over Fulham from his home as he continues to recover from an ankle injury, but he quickly removed the image when his followers spotted a green electronic cigarette in front of him on the sofa.
The player re-uploaded the snapshot, but without the cigarette, to be told later that it belonged to his father, while his club, Manchester United, refused to comment when he was contacted.
Garnacho, who has contributed five goals and six assists in 32 matches this season, suffered an ankle injury during Manchester United’s goalless draw with Southampton last weekend.
