Anna Gasser narrowly missed the podium in slopestyle in fourth place at the X-Games in Aspen with a score of 91.33. The victory went to the British Mia Brookes (97.66) ahead of the two Japanese Kokomo Murase (94.33) and Reira Iwabuchi (92.00).
The Carinthian tried to improve in the last run with more demanding tricks, but fell on the first big kicker and Iwabuchi pushed her off the podium. In the men’s race, Matej Svancer had to miss the X-Games due to food poisoning.
