For years, tenants in the Gasthaus Auerhahn at Freistädter Straße 228 in Linz-Urfahr have been trying to get a foothold. Two chefs are now starting their own business there. They open on October 1st and take with them a concept that works well elsewhere, because the two worked in the Linz cult bar “Gelbes Krokodil” on OK-Platz. They are also familiar with vegetarian and vegan cuisine.
