It also edits Docs, Sheets, and Slides, and it connects to apps such as Canva, Dropbox, Google Keep, and Google Tasks. Google has pushed the assistant well beyond the phone, too. Recent updates added a macOS app that organizes desktop files and builds spreadsheets from local documents. Meanwhile, Spark can track topics across news, shopping, and sports, then alert you when something changes. Samsung leans on the same ecosystem, since Gemini Notebook now ships on the Galaxy Z Fold8 and Flip8.
Workspace Integration and Recent Performance Upgrades
Following the last update two weeks ago, Google is rolling out a series of new features for Gemini Spark. Google is expanding what the personal agent can do in Google Workspace apps, such as opening and editing Google Docs.
