Genk drops right-back Angelo Preciado at Sparta Prague

The Ecuadorian Angelo Preciado leaves Genk for Sparta Prague, Czech Republic. Both clubs confirmed it on Monday.

The 25-year-old right-back arrived from Independiente del Valle in his native country in January 2021 from the Limburgers. He played a total of 70 matches under the Genk jacket, distributing 7 assists.

International with 30 caps, he became coach Wouter Vrancken’s second choice for the right-back position behind Colombian Daniel Munoz.

Preciado signed a contract “multi-year” with Sparta Prague, who won the Czech league last season.
