On the “Genshin Impact Leaks” subreddit a leak has surfaced that reveals information about Baizhu and Kaveh, two new Dendro characters expected to be released as playable characters in the coming months of 2023. The first Dendro character to appear in the game was Baizhu and at the time he appeared, players thought that its release as a playable would be the first example of the Dendro element. It is believed that Baizhu was not released earlier due to the fact that it has ties to the Liyue region and HoYoverse is emphasizing the Sumeru region at the moment.
According to the leak, Baizhu will have buffs that give interrupt resistance, Dendro damage, and Dendro resistance. The duration of these effects will be medium.
