Geoff Keighley has “A lot to share soon” –

A few hours ago it was revealed that Ubisoft had decided to skip E3 2023 and instead run a stream Ubisoft Forward separated on June 12. No specific explanation as to why they decided to skip E3 has been made, but The Game Awards producer and host Geoff Keighley may well be involved in some way.

Kinda Funny and Gamertag Radio host Parris Lilly commented on all this on Twitter and wrote:

“Instead of E3, there should be ‘Games Week LA’. The Summer Game Fest kicks things off and then the publishers hold their in-person digital and media events during the week with a two-day fan festival for the public. It’s basically E3, but it allows publishers to do their own events. »

This led Keighley to post the answer “Much to share soon!” “. It looks like Keighley is actually planning something, and it’s not too much of a stretch to believe that Ubisoft’s withdrawal from E3 might be related to that.

Either way, color intrigued us, Keighley rarely disappoints and it looks like June will be very interesting for gamers, E3 or not.
