LOS ANGELES (AP) — Paul George scored a career-high 38 points, including 18 in the fourth quarter, and the Los Angeles Clippers beat the Oklahoma City Thunder 128-117 on Tuesday for their ninth win in 11 matches.

Kawhi Leonard and James Harden added 16 points each and completed a great day for the franchise. Earlier, commissioner Adam Silver announced that the 2026 All-Star Game will be held in the arena that the Clippers are building in Inglewood, where they will begin playing next season.

Jalen Williams scored 25 points, while Lu Dort and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander each had 19 for the Thunder, who are second in the West but have lost two games in a row following arriving in Los Angeles with nine wins in 12 games.

After falling behind by 13 points in the third quarter, the Thunder rallied to take a 115-114 lead on a Williams three-pointer.

That’s when George came into action.
