The German Minister of State for Culture Claudia Roth (The Greens) is striving for a uniform approach by the federal and state governments to prevent anti-Semitism in the cultural sector. “A patchwork of different regulations would not particularly serve the common cause here,” said the Green politician on Wednesday in Berlin during the “Remember, so as not to forget” conference of the Central Council of Jews in Germany.
