German record: More than 15,000 Pi digits memorized – Panorama

Emden – With 15,637 decimal places of the number Pi memorized, the Frankfurt memory artist Susanne Hippauf set a German record. The 41-year-old said the thousands of digits at the 6th Pi competition in East Frisian Emden on Friday over two hours and 42 minutes, breaking the existing record of 15,320 digits, which was last set by a man from North Rhine-Westphalia in September 2018.
