Frankfurt – As planned, the German government has approved an investment by the Chinese state shipping company Cosco in a container terminal owned by Hamburger Hafen und Logistik AG (HHLA) with a stake of less than 25 percent. Originally, the Chinese group had aimed for a 35 percent stake, which the cabinet had already rejected in October.
