Registration for the Welfare Scholarship for Academic Achievement for primary and secondary school students is now open in the State of Mexico, so millions of families will be able to register to obtain financial support of 800 pesos per month.
The government of the State of Mexico said that it will provide this financial support to children with good academic performance who are between the fourth, fifth and sixth year of primary school, as well as in the three years of secondary school.
The main requirement to participate is to have an average of between 8.5 and 10 at the time of applying, as well as to be enrolled in a public school and not be behind in school years.
Applications for the scholarship opened from Monday, February 12, and will end on Friday, the 16th.

- February 12: Initials A, B, C, D and E.
- Feb. 13: Initials F, G, H, I and J.
- Feb. 14: Initials K, L, M, N, Ñ and O.
- February 15: Initials P, Q, R, S and T.
- February 16: Initials U, V, W, X, Y and Z.
How to register for the Wellbeing Scholarship for achievement?
If you live in the State of Mexico and your child meets the age and academic performance requirements, these are the steps to follow to obtain the scholarship for academic achievement of 800 pesos per month:
- Go to the Wellbeing Scholarship for Academic Achievement page at this link.
- Click on the green ‘Request Registration’ button.
- Fill out the requested information: CURP, average from the previous school year, workplace code (you can research it at this link) and the name of the school.
- A registration form will be generated, which you must keep to know if you were accepted. In case you cannot save it, you can reprint it on the same website where you filled out the data.
- Once the process is finished, wait for the results. Remember that you have the entire day that corresponds to you according to your last name and the procedure is online.
