After the cancellation of E3, Summer Game Fest 2023 promises to be one of the biggest events of the season. Last summer, The Jeff Keely Show wowed us with premieres of big titles like The Last of Us Part 1 and Marvel’s Midnight Suns, so this year is definitely going to be full of exciting surprises, especially considering the event will be held live.
Summer Game Fest 2023 start time
Summer Game Fest 2023 starts on June 8, 2023 at 20:00 (London) or 22:00 (Moscow time). For residents of the Far East and Asia, the event starts on the night of June 9th. We don’t yet know what games will be featured at the Summer Gaming Fest, but we do know that the show will run for about two hours, so there’s a lot of content included in the presentation.

Summer Game Fest 2023: What to Expect
As the SGF is live this year, a number of publishers have entered the event, including CD Projekt Red, Square Enix and Xbox.
So we will certainly see trailers from games that are on the horizon soon, like Square Enix’s Final Fantasy XVI. This line-up, combined with a live audience, creates the perfect setting for a World Premieres premiere. There will also be a day of developers – Day of the Devs, the central figures of which will be independent games and developers.
Sony will also be present at the festival, but given that the Playstation show took place only a couple of weeks ago, we should not expect major premieres from the company’s studios. The same applies to the Xbox. We’ll probably get to see some Starfield, although that game is getting its own full show soon.
