In order to use the clip Le Cosmos mental® in a context of group animation, Psycom imagined educational orientations, then developed, with the ADES du Rhône, visual aids and an educational kit.
This workshop will guide you in good animation practices:
- Defining the concept of mental health
- Explain the variety of factors that can influence people’s mental health
- Identify potential resources and barriers to taking care of your mental health
- Helping to measure the thermostat of one’s own sanity
The workshop will take place online. You will receive the Teams login link a few days before. If the workshop is full, a waiting list will be opened to allow you to receive the next workshop dates.
