Xorret de Cati – The Slovenian co-favorite Primoz Roglic (Jumbo) won the eighth stage of the Vuelta in the duel of the stars on Saturday ahead of the Belgian Remco Evenepoel (Soudal-QuickStep). Third-placed Spaniard Juan Ayuso (UAE Team Emirates) also finished at the same time. The Danish Tour de France triumphant Jonas Vingegaard finished fifth two seconds behind, while his jumbo teammate Sepp Kuss, who finished seventh at the same time, took the overall lead.
