Health Minister Veena George has instructed the Child Rights Commission to investigate the incident where the girl was dropped from the bus due to reduced bus fare in Thrissur. The bus conductor dropped the 6th class student halfway saying that the bus fare was low.
Instead of five rupees, the child had two rupees. Following this, the 6th class student of SMM Higher Secondary School, Pazambalakode, was thrown on the road. After buying two rupees, he dropped the child at a stop two kilometers in front of the house. The child was brought home by the locals who was crying on the way.
Meanwhile, the bus conductor appeared at the police station in the incident. The child and mother have reached the station. The police sought information from them.
