CHICAGO – A missing persons alert has been issued for a young girl who was last seen Sunday at her Marquette Park residence, according to Chicago police.
Authorities say London Ligon, who is 15 months old, was last seen Sunday morning.
Ligon was described as a black girl, 2 feet 6 inches tall and weighing 25 pounds. She has brown eyes and black hair, and a fair complexion, according to police.
