“Girona” with Tsygankov, but without Dovbyk, lost points and failed to return to the top of La Liga

The Catalans might not beat Real Sociedad without the injured Artem Dovbyk.

“Girona” Ukrainians Artem Dovbyk and Viktor Tsygankov played a draw with “Realom Sociedad” in a home match of the 23rd round of the Spanish La Liga. The match at the “Estadio Municipal de Montilivi” in the city of Girona ended with the score 0:0.

After this match, “Girona” (56 points) remained in second place in La Liga. The team of Dovbyk and Tsygankov is one point behind Real Madrid’s Ukrainian goalkeeper Andriy Lunin, who has a game in hand. “Real Sociedad” (37 points) occupies the sixth position.
