Global Health calls on Washington for information about an intelligence assessment that Corona leaked from a Wuhan laboratory | health

The World Health Organization has asked Washington to provide basic information on the assessment of some US intelligence agencies that the Corona virus epidemic most likely began with an accidental leak from a laboratory in China.

The requests were submitted to the US diplomatic mission in Geneva, but the organization has not yet received reports, according to Maria Van Kirov, a global health expert, on Friday.

Christopher Wray, Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) – told “FOX NEWS” last Tuesday – that the office believes that “the origin of the epidemic is most likely a possible accident at the Wuhan laboratory.”

The global outbreak of the epidemic began in that Chinese city.

The FBI spoke of a “possible leak from a Chinese government-controlled laboratory” that caused the outbreak.

According to a report published by The Wall Street Journal and other US media, the US Department of Energy assumes a possible leak in the Wuhan laboratory, although there is a “low” degree of certainty.

There is no consensus among the intelligence agencies in Washington about the exact source of the emergence of “Covid-19”.

Other agencies point to possible animal-to-human transmission of the virus.
