GMS Ranked as a Tier 1 SMS Firewall Vendor by ROCCO Research

This year, GMS topped the Tier 1 rankings with six other companies, achieving an overall score of 4.53 out of 5. It received maximum points in several key performance indicators, including reliability, customer service, technical expertise , transparency and knowledge of the sector. Additionally, GMS achieved a Net Promoter Score of 93 – the best among all entrants.

For the 2023 edition of this annual study, ROCCO Research collected feedback from 239 mobile network operators across 136 countries.

Around 46% of vendors participating in the survey reported experiencing an increase in SMS attacks. The study also confirmed that despite advances in artificial intelligence (AI), the human element remains critical to SMS firewall protection.
