Gold is falling in spot trading

Today, global gold prices fell in spot transactions by 0.14%, or the equivalent of $2.4, to reach $1,790.99 an ounce.

Gold futures for February 2023 delivery rose by 0.04%, equivalent to $0.65, to reach $1,800.8 an ounce.

Silver fell 0.26% to $23.26 an ounce, while platinum rose 0.13% to $1,000.65, and palladium rose 0.85% to $1,730.
