Gold prices fell today, Saturday, in Egypt, by about 30 pounds per gram, at the beginning of trading, compared to their level yesterday evening, Friday.

The price of 18 carat gold was about 1440 pounds per gram.
The price of 21 karat gold recorded about 1680 pounds per gram.
The price of 24 carat gold was about 1920 pounds per gram.

The price of the gold pound fell to 13440 pounds, and the price may vary from one trader to another, and this price is equal to the value of gold in the pound.

Today and tomorrow are a weekly holiday in the global stock exchanges, including commodity and metal markets.
The price of gold rose globally by evening trading on Friday, to about $1,797 an ounce, an increase of 0.45%, according to Bloomberg agency data.
