Congolese justice has opened its eyes to the security situation in eastern Congo, and currently several people are believed to be arrested in Goma for collaboration with the M23, we learned on March 23, 2024.
The Congolese authorities are reportedly in the process of incapacitating all men committed to the cause of the M23, Rwanda’s militia branch. “The activities of the Congolese authorities are intended to arrest all M23 collaborators. The Congolese army is gaining ground by depriving Rwanda of its men.”
According to consistent sources, businessman Emmanuel Kamanzi, one of the leaders of the Tutsi community, was also arrested in Goma and transferred to Kinshasa. According to his relatives, the reason for his arrest is not known.
