The official spokesman for the Secretariat, Osama Zeitouni, confirmed that the decision includes only all transactions that citizens submitted to the Secretariat previously, which are related to requests to convert their agricultural deeds into residential ones, and they were approved by the Ministry of Agriculture, as well as the Mayor of the Holy Capital.
