Several tips to avoid being the victim of a scam.

As mentioned last week, you received an email from an online sales site and you clicked on the link which takes you to a website corresponding to the one you have already visited, and you trust it. But in this case, the correct reaction is not to provide your personal information or banking details.

The second tip is linked to the fact that authors can access the contents of your computer, your smartphone or any other device. This will allow them to install malware in order to collect your information or take control. We must therefore react quickly. If your computer is connected with a cable, you must unplug it. If you use WiFi, you deactivate it in the settings or activate “airplane mode” on your smartphone. This temporary disconnection will prevent your data from being sent.
