Chihuahua, Chih.- The State Health Council agreed that the use of face masks will only be mandatory in places where people consider it necessary, such as hospitals and clinical analysis laboratories.
This was one of the first agreements by the health body, during its meeting, held this morning.
This meeting has not concluded, so more agreements might be made.
It should be noted that, so far, the use of face masks remains mandatory in open and closed spaces.
