The comedian known as Gouchy Boy is currently on trial for sexual assault on a former date he met on the set of the TV series Unit 9.

Ugochukwu Chijoke Onyechekwa faces three charges of sexual assault, forcible confinement and sexual harassment. The alleged events allegedly occurred in 2018.
At that time, he played the character of prison guard Koffi Yatabéré, in the popular TV series Unit 9.
He had met the alleged victim during a day of filming.
Their relationship would quickly become fused, said the woman whose identity is protected by a publication ban. If at the beginning he was very attentive towards her, like a “big teddy bear”, the relationship quickly got out of hand, she explained.
“He’s nagging, he throws tantrums, if I don’t answer the phone within a second he calls back, he calls back. Afterwards he said to me: when I call, you answer me!”, summed up the woman.
After a few months, she cuts off all contact with him. But she goes to his bedside when she learns that he has been hospitalized urgently.
Despite his dedication, the man is “aggressive” and “controlling.”
She goes to pick him up anyway when he gets discharged from the hospital. It is a few days after the aggression would have occurred.
They had gone to a motel, as they used to do. But the place, frequented by escorts, was “disgusting”, displeased the woman. They then changed motel, but the man was angry about the situation. He was screaming, was aggressive, as she had never seen him, she said.
“He scared me, I want to leave, but I feel like that’s not an option, I can’t think anymore,” she said.
She remembers that she was then “in panic”, in tears.
He then allegedly asked her to stop making the baby because he wanted to “fuck” her.
“I’m trying to get away, I’m frozen,” she added.
At his request, she would have stretched out beside him. The man would have penetrated him, despite his refusals. Even when she told him she was in pain, he would have continued.
The one who knew the man only by his nickname Gouchy Boy would then have had a hard time cutting ties. She wanted to end the relationship, but he insisted, bombarding her with messages. Several text messages, videos and photos were presented to judge Christian Jarry, in which he begged her to come back. He would even have gone twice to his home, located more than 200 km from his home.
The second time, it rang repeatedly for almost an hour, in the middle of the night. The woman was so scared that she hid in her wardrobe while waiting for the police to arrive.
“I’m afraid, when will it end? How far is he ready to go? I’m trying to get out of it, but I’m taken, I don’t know how to do it, ”she said, about the fact that she is struggling to end contact.
Ugochukwu Chijoke Onyechekwa faced another sexual assault trial in 2021, but was acquitted.
He is currently facing other charges for offenses of a sexual nature, concerning a complainant who was a minor at the time of the alleged acts.
