In Paris, 60,000 homes are affected
Indeed, Jacques Baudrier fears that owners who have not had time to carry out energy renovation work will withdraw their properties from the rental market, an already very tense market. According to the elected official, the number of homes affected in the capital is estimated at 60,000 euros, “ potentially 60,000 homes in Paris and 170,000 homes in Ile-de-France could be withdrawn from the private rental market “, he says. With the maintenance of this calendar, many G-rated accommodations would therefore be prohibited for rental from January 1, 2025. To remedy this, Jacques Baudier proposes some criteria to be respected.
