Vienna – Secretary of State for Culture Andrea Mayer (Greens) and Secretary of State for Digitization Florian Tursky (ÖVP) presented the federal government’s new “Digital Cultural Heritage Strategy” on Tuesday. On the fringes of the Council of Ministers, they presented the approximately 40-page paper, which is intended to help determine the current situation with regard to the use of digital technologies for cultural heritage. In order to push this forward further, 15 million euros in funding are available.
