Deputy Prime Minister Choo held a meeting of emergency economy ministers today (3rd) and said, “The situation facing exporters will not be easy in the second half of the year as the global supply chain instability continues due to the prolonged war in Ukraine and export logistics costs such as air and sea are still high.” Said this.
The government decided to expand trade finance for exporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) from 261 trillion won to more than 301 trillion won in response to increased logistics burden and rising raw material prices.
“We will strengthen policy efforts to fundamentally and structurally improve export competitiveness,” said Deputy Prime Minister Choo.
