  • Focused Management Facilities (0-89 points): These facilities require increased attention and improvement.

The grading system is designed to provide a tiered approach to oversight, ensuring resources are allocated effectively. The city intends to implement efficient post-assessment management based on these grades.

The city is offering significant incentives for facilities achieving the highest “Self-Management” grade. These businesses will be exempt from routine hygiene inspections and sample testing for two years, unless specific concerns arise. Conversely, facilities classified as “Focused Management” will be subject to annual intensive guidance and education programs.
