Global Power Synergy Public Company Limited (GPSC) revealed that on August 23, 2022, the Board of Directors’ meeting of the Company No. 11/2022 approved the establishment of 2 subsidiaries to study the status of the Company. possible and support the expansion plan in renewable energy business in Thailand, including

1. EurusPlus Company Limited (EurusPlus) registered in Thailand with registered capital of 3,500,000 baht to invest in renewable energy power plants in Thailand, where GPSC holds 100% stake.

2. BoreePlus Company Limited (BoreePlus) registered in Thailand with registered capital of 3,500,000 baht to invest in renewable energy power plants in Thailand, where GPSC holds 100%.
