Paris – After a smooth first round success, Julia Grabher is in the second round of the French Open and thus also a major tournament for the first time. The 26-year-old from Vorarlberg, who was last in Rabat in her first WTA Tour final, safely finished off Arantxa Rus from the Netherlands 6:2,6:3 after 85 minutes. She secured a duel with last year’s finalist and number 6 of the tournament, Coco Gauff (USA). This will take place on Thursday. (APA, May 30, 2023)
