In this sense we have been giving a tireless fight. We are regarding to declare of interest in the national Parliament the “Act of historical reparation of delivery of personal files of victims of State terrorism in the Province of San Juan”
Among others, this is an initiative aimed at guaranteeing the non-repetition of the disastrous military coup, as was the inauguration of the Archive for Memory when I was Minister of Government.
We are moved by the fervent conviction of not giving up on the exercise of memory, to illuminate the present and to be able to build a future, preserving the traces of the recent past of our history.
The delivery of the personal files of the victims who were disappeared or murdered by repressive actions during the last military dictatorship in our country between 1976 and 1983, allows us to resignify and value our disappeared, recognizing them, expressing a deep feeling towards your families.
It allows us to personify those who suffered the breach of the constitutional order, marked by a constant violation of human rights and crimes once morest humanity, where more than 30 thousand people were disappeared
Today is a moment of deep emotion and celebration, but also of reflection on the inalienable responsibility of the State to keep the fight for “Memory, Truth and Justice” alive.
