Vienna/Graz/Klagenfurt – The Austrian Anadi Bank is divesting itself of its branch network and the majority of its business with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The buyer is the Grawe banking group with its flagship institution, Bank Burgenland. Anadi Bank announced in a press release on Thursday evening that it is taking over ten branches with almost 70 employees and a good 42,000 retail customers. The takeover is expected to be completed in September 2024. No purchase price was mentioned.
