Athens – The Greek Parliament has approved civil marriage for same-sex couples with a large majority. The parliamentary presidency in Athens announced this late on Thursday evening. 176 members of the 300-seat parliament voted in favor of the corresponding law presented by the conservative government under Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis.
