Berlin/Vienna/Kyiv – According to measurements by the environmental protection organization Greenpeace, the radioactivity levels near the Chernobyl nuclear ruins in the Ukraine exceed the international limit for nuclear waste by a factor of four. The values are at least three times higher than the estimates of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), Greenpeace criticized on Wednesday. A team of experts from the organization took measurements there for three days.
