French YouTube star and comedian Greg Guillotin is facing public fallout following domestic violence allegations detailed in a June police complaint. While the creator has publicly acknowledged past violence toward his ex-partner, his legal representatives have firmly denied recent media rumors regarding an alleged psychiatric internment.
The Domestic Violence Complaint and Public Admissions
French comedian and online video creator Grégory Guillotin, known for his hidden-camera content on YouTube where he commands nearly 4.5 million subscribers, is the subject of a legal complaint filed by his former companion at the Évry judicial tribunal. The complaint was deposited on June 17, 2026, with the procureur de la République du tribunal judiciaire d’Évry (Essonne) by his ex-compagne. The complainant, now 27 years old, accuses Guillotin of physical and psychological abuse repeated between 2019 and 2026, during the course of their relationship. According to details from the complaint, the relationship began when the complainant was 19 and Guillotin was 35.
The legal filing outlines a system of surveillance, humiliation, insults, and emprise. The complainant details specific incidents throughout the relationship, including an initial assault with the first blows struck in April 2022 at the couple’s home installed in banlieue parisienne, a kick in December 2022 during a stay in the Maldives, a slap and several kicks during a trip to Morocco in 2023, and a punch to an eye in 2024. The complaint further alleges that during that same stay in Morocco, Guillotin slapped her, threw a bowl of cereal at her face, and falsely claimed he had canceled her return plane ticket. According to her narrative, during the year preceding their separation, Guillotin had surveillance cameras installed within their home under the pretext of watching an artisan intervening in the house for construction work. In reality, this system was also used to constantly observe the facts and gestures of his companion, with Greg Guillotin immediately addressing reproaches to her when she rested, delayed answering his messages, or did not execute tasks expected according to his criteria.
Solicited for knowledge on whether an investigation had been opened, the parquet indicated that no investigative service had been seized at that stage.
