Every day a new restaurant pops up in the bustling city of Madrid. Next up, it’s the turn of the Mediterranean restaurant Rhudo to open its doors on Thursday, January 18, located on the popular Calle Velazquez.
On the menu, delights such as grilled eggplant, chili-marinated tuna wrapped in a banana leaf, or even lobster brioche with green apple mayonnaise and hibiscus tagine, were announced on social networks.
What particularly sets this restaurant apart is the association with renowned personalities such as Álex González and Miguel Ángel Silvestre. Two Atlético de Madrid players, Marcos Llorente and Antoine Griezmann, also accomplices off the field, are involved in this enterprise.
Álex González has already invested in other food establishments in Madrid, including “Naked&Sated” and “Bombastic”, while Miguel Ángel Silvestre did the same with the famous fast food restaurant “Vicio”. However, this is the first time they have joined forces.
The location, in the heart of Barrio de Salamanca, will cover an area of 1,850 square meters with a capacity of 300 people. The aim is to establish Rhudo as an iconic landmark in the capital, requiring a million dollar investment.
